Is your firm ready for change?
Get ready for gbX 2026
at The National Gallery
What is gbX?
The accounting industry stands at a crossroads. As global talent shortages tighten the market, firms are under growing pressure to evolve faster than ever before. At the same time, the rise of AI is transforming how work gets done – automating tasks, surfacing insights, and reshaping the value accountants bring to their clients.
But technology is just one part of the story. Client expectations are shifting toward real-time advice and proactive partnership, not just compliance. Leadership teams are being challenged to rethink business models, build cultures that attract and retain the next generation, and plan for smooth succession in a rapidly changing landscape.
“Is your firm ready for change?” isn’t just a question – it’s a call to action. This theme invites leaders to assess how prepared they are to adapt, innovate, and lead their people and clients confidently into the future.
